We had an a double room with a mini bar, a personal safe, and coffee/tea making equipment. It had a bidet in the luxurious bathroom.

The hotel was located adjacent to the forest. Spotless room with balconies, we had a VERY NICE stay.

Nice hotel with helpful staff, I was offered a welcome drink upon arrival. The room was outstanding, incredible and with balconies. Had a shower, hair dryers, and a bidet in the bathroom. The property was in a beautiful and incredible location just off transport, the valley and mountain, and jungle-absolutely serene. I liked staying here.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hilltop hotel in Bali. The location was absolutely breathtaking, surrounded by trees and nature. The hotel had a magical atmosphere, with buildings and grounds that were one of the most beautiful I've ever seen. The attention to detail in the architecture, especially the unique wooden craftsmanship, was awe-inspiring. The rooms were spacious, cosy, and had balconies that offered stunning views. Additionally, the morning breakfast spread was fabulous, ensuring a great start to the day.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was perfect and there was nothing that needed improvement.

The hotel is situated in a serene location surrounded by forests and pine trees, making it ideal for nature lovers. The cozy and well-designed rooms, spacious bathrooms with invigorating showers, and friendly staff make for an excellent stay. The delicious breakfast, along with the comfortable bikes and spa facilities, are added advantages.

It would have been better if there were more indoor heating options to combat the chilly temperature in some areas of the hotel.

Tira Vilagna Suites & Spa exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail in the design was impressive, and the views were breathtaking. Our room was spotless and the bathroom was luxurious. The staff was exceptional, always friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the hot water pool, it was incredibly relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was surrounded by breathtaking views of the mountains and forests, which made us feel like we were in paradise. The rooms were spotless and came with luxurious bathrooms. We were also impressed by the shampoo and shower foam they provided, which made us feel like royalty. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. They assisted us with transport to the local cafes and restaurants, so we could enjoy delicious food during our stay. The best part was the full-body massage, which was perfect for our relaxing vacation.

The only downside of this hotel was the lack of warning about the number of steps required to reach the rooms. Although we were okay with it, we could imagine it being tiring for some.
